- Meeting/Call to clarify query list and collate response on queries
- Visit site if applicable only to understand location and site dynamics
STAGE 2
- Release of draft report capturing the below
- Permissible FSI as per current regulations with reference to BMC
- High level estimate of official statutory fees and premiums payable.
- Commentary on upcoming circulars and regulations and views on the impact on earlier point
- Meeting/Call to collate feedback on draft report
STAGE 3
- Issue final report in line with Stage Two
