Background

The Mumbai Fire Brigade charges scrutiny fees for issuance of the review of buildings and to issue C.F.O NOC required by the MCGM with reference to building approvals.

Intent

• Updation/Revision of Scrutiny Fee.

Content

• For high-rise buildings with height above 24 meters, the revised scrutiny fee shall be INR 48/sqm subject to a minimum of INR 2,40,000 per building for building sizes upto 5000 sqm.
• For low-rise buildings with height less than 24 meters, the revised scrutiny fee shall be INR 27/sqm subject to a minimum of INR 1,35,000 per building for building sizes upto 5000 sqm.
